By means of such a preferred embodiment it is advantageously possible to provide an electrical connection between two tube elements of a bicycle, such as preferably between the top tube and the bottom tube. Hereby it is realized that a bicycle cassette in the upper tube can be connected to a cassette in the lower tube by means of a simple connector connection, such as a plug connection. Connections between another tube elements of a bicycle are also provided within the understanding of the present inventions preferred embodiment. A particularly advantageous variant is the variant in which a central control unit of the bicycle can be arranged in the upper tube in a upper tube cassette as a variant of the bicycle cassette and in the lower tube of the bicycle a lower tube cassette can be arranged as a variant of the bicycle cassette. The upper tube cassette and the lower tube cassette are herein mutually connectable by means of the bicycle connector which has the first cassette contact in the upper tube and the second cassette contact in the lower tube. The first connector contact 11 serves for connecting to a cassette 21 for arranging it in the upper tube 3. The second connector contact 12 serves for connecting to a cassette 22 for arranging it in the lower tube 4. The upper tube cassette 21 comprises a cassette contact 21 7 for connection to connector contact 11. The lower tube cassette 22 comprises a cassette contact (not shown) for corresponding connection to connector contact 12. The down tube cassette comprises a battery or accumulator for driving the bicycle therewith by means of an electric motor.
